Located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel, this Western-style bar with wait staff poured into Levi 501's and Stetson hats serves Texas-style barbecue and some of the best, and beautifully presented, sushi I have ever had. Add to this the hysterically talented entertainer Matt Yee, who has a beautiful voice, plays the piano, and wears costumes Liberace would have been envious of.
