I was doing a gig on Las Vegas on New Years Eve 2008. After the gig around 2:30AM, I was walking Las Vegas Boulevard in the 35 degree freezing cold, just taking in the sights of the after party mayhem. My cell phone rings. It's Cyndy Lauper in Honolulu wishing me in Las Vegas a Happy New Year. Here's the pic of her talking to me. That's how I started 2008.
